Personal data collected by the Data\nController is processed in compliance with\nRegulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European\nParliament and of the Council of 27 April\n2016 on the protection of natural persons\nwith regard to the processing of personal\ndata and on the free movement of such data,\nand repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General\nData Protection Regulation), hereinafter\nreferred to as the GDPR.<\/p>\n

    However, if in a job inquiry you\nvoluntarily provide other personal data,\nfor example: name or address of\nresidence, the legal basis for the\nprocessing of this data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which allows for the\nprocessing of personal data of a person\nwho has consented to the processing of\ntheir personal data.<\/p>\n

To analytical purposes,<\/strong> i.e. researching\nand analyzing activity on the website\nbelonging to the Data Controller\nhttps:\/\/munca-workerservice.md, and\nadministering this website, the Data\nController processes such personal data\nas: date and time of visiting the website,\ntype of operating system, approximate\nlocation, type of web browser used to\nbrowse the website, time spent on the\nwebsite, subpages visited, type and\nmodel of the device from which the\nwebsite was visited \u2013 these data are saved\nautomatically in the so-called server logs,\neach time the website belonging to the\nData Controller is used. The legal basis\nfor data processing is Article 6(1)(f)

      Requirement to provide personal data:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Providing any personal data is voluntary and\ndepends on your decision. However, if you\nwish to use the contact form available on the\nwebsite https:\/\/munca-workerservice.md,\nproviding personal data such as: your name,\ne-mail address and telephone number is\nnecessary to meet your expectations\nregarding the use of the Data Controller's\nservices.<\/p>\n

      If the processing of your personal data is\nbased on consent, withdrawing your consent\ndoes not affect the lawfulness of processing\ncarried out prior to the withdrawal.       Transfer of personal data to third\ncountries:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Data Controller may transfer personal\ndata to third countries, i.e. countries outside\nthe European Economic Area. Your data\nmay only be transferred to third countries or\nentities that have been determined by the\nEuropean Commission to provide an\nadequate level of data protection.<\/p>\n
