Personal data collected by the Data Controller is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.
Purposes and basis of personal data processing:
The Data Controller processes your personal data for various purposes and on various bases:
- To respond to your inquiries about a job offer, the Data Controller processes personal data such as: e-mail address and telephone number. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which allows for the processing of personal data if they are necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps to conclude a contract.
However, if in a job inquiry you voluntarily provide other personal data, for example: name or address of residence, the legal basis for the processing of this data is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which allows for the processing of personal data of a person who has consented to the processing of their personal data.

type of operating system, approximate

Data Controller is used. The legal basis
for data processing is Article 6(1)(f)
of the GDPR, which allows for the processing of personal data if, in this way, the personal data controller pursues its legitimate interest, i.e. learning about customer activity on the website and administering that website.
Requirement to provide personal data:
Providing any personal data is voluntary and depends on your decision. However, if you wish to use the contact form available on the website https://munca-workerservice.md, providing personal data such as: your name, e-mail address and telephone number is necessary to meet your expectations regarding the use of the Data Controller's services.
Right to withdraw consent:
If the processing of personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
If you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, send an e-mail directly to: agnieszka.socha@workerservice.pl.
If the processing of your personal data is based on consent, withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal. Until the consent is withdrawn, the Data Controller has the right to process your personal data, and its withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the previous processing.
Automated decision-making and profiling:
The Data Controller does not make automated decisions, including those based on profiling.
Recipients of personal data:
Your personal data may be transferred to
entities processing data on behalf of the
Data Controller, e.g. companies providing
IT services. In addition, the relevant legal
provision or decision of the
competent
authority may require that your personal
data be transferred to other entities, but each
such case of disclosing personal data is
carefully analyzed by the Data Controller.
Transfer of personal data to third countries:
The Data Controller may transfer personal data to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area. Your data may only be transferred to third countries or entities that have been determined by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of data protection.
In the absence of a decision of the European Commission stating the adequate level of protection referred to in Article 45(3) of the GDPR, your personal data may be transferred to a third country only on the basis of: binding corporate rules, standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, standard data protection clauses adopted by the Polish supervisory authority and approved by the Commission, an approved code of conduct or an approved certification mechanism (Article 46 of the GDPR).
Duration of Personal Data Processing:
The Data Controller retains your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and as long as there is a legal basis for retention of the data.
Personal data are processed for the duration of:
- the contract or until the limitation period for claims arising from the contract expires or until the obligation to retain documents specified by law expires – in relation to personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract
- until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing is achieved – in relation to personal data processed on the basis of consent
- until the objection is effectively
raised or the purpose of processing is
achieved –
in relation to personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller - until they become outdated or no longer relevant – in relation to personal data processed mainly for analytical purposes and website administration.
Rights of data subjects:
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data,which
means that you have the right to obtain
from the Data Controller confirmation
that your personal data is being
processed. In addition, you have the right to access your personal data, obtain a
copy thereof, and obtain information
about: the purposes of data processing,
the categories of data processed, the
recipients (or categories of recipients) of
the data, the planned period of data
retention, as well as any rights that you
have in connection with
the processing
of personal data by the Data Controller. - Rectify your personal data,which means that you have the right to demand that the Data Controller immediately correct your personal data that is incorrect, as well as the right to demand that incomplete personal data be supplemented (including by providing an additional declaration).
- Delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).You hold this right if one of the following circumstances occurs:
- the personal data are no longer
necessary for the purposes for which
they were collected, or
processed in a different way, - you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for data processing,
- you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,
- personal data were processed unlawfully,
- personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation binding on the Data Controller.
The Data Controller may refuse to delete
your personal data to the extent that
the processing is necessary:
- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information,
- to fulfil a legal obligation binding on the Data Controller or to perform a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the Controller,
- for reasons of public interest in the field of public health,
- for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes,
- to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.
- Set limitations on the processing of personal data, which means that you have the right to request that the Data Controller limit the processing in the following cases:
- if you question the accuracy of your personal data – for a period enabling the Data Controller to check the accuracy of such data,
- if the processing is unlawful and you object to the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use,
- in a situation where the Data Controller no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, pursue or defend claims,
- if you have objected to the processing of your data – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Data Controller override the grounds for such objection.
- Object to the processing of personal
data – the right to object to the
processing of personal data is applicable
when the basis for the processing of such
data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Therefore,
you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in connection with your individual situation. However, in accordance with the regulations, the Data Controller may refuse to accept your objection if it proves that: there are legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms or there are grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims. - Transfer your personal data,which
means that you have the right to receive
in a structured, commonly used and
machine-readable
format, personal data concerning you, provided that the data are processed on the basis of consent or on the basis of a contract and, at the same time, the data processing is carried out in an automated manner.
The above-mentioned rights are not absolute and therefore in some situations it is possible for the Data Controller to refuse to comply with a request related to them (after due analysis and only if refusing to comply with the request is necessary).

Information about Cookies:
The Data Controller uses cookies on its websites, i.e. short text information stored
on the user's computer, telephone, tablet or
other device. They can be read by the Data
Controller's system, as well as by systems
belonging to other entities whose services
the Data Controller uses.

Cookies perform many functions on a website, such as:
- ensuring security – cookies are
used to authenticate users and
prevent unauthorized use of the
customer panel. They are used to
protect
the user's personal data against access by unauthorized persons. - improving process efficiency and
user experience on the website –
cookies are used to ensure that the
website works efficiently and that it
can be used to access the functions available on it, which is possible by
remembering user
settings between subsequent visits to the website. Thanks to them, you can efficiently navigate the website and individual subpages. - session status – cookies often store information about how visitors use a website, e.g. which subpages they view most often. They also enable the identification of errors displayed on some subpages. Cookies used to save the session status help improve services and increase the comfort of browsing the web pages.

which content is most interesting,
etc.). This allows us to continuously
improve the website and adapt its
operation to user preferences.
In order to track activity and create statistics, the Data Controller uses Google tools, such as Google Analytics; in addition to reporting
website use statistics, the Google Analytics pixel can also be used, together with some of the cookies described above, to help display more relevant content to the user in Google services (e.g. the Google search engine) and across the entire network.
Internet browsers allow the use of cookies by default, but each user can change the browser settings on their own device.

In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the applicable provisions on personal data protection shall apply.v
